Speech Spot was founded by Gemma and Lora, two Speech-Language Pathologists who wanted to create an alternative to traditional high-volume therapy clinics. Our vision was simple: provide a boutique speech therapy experience where clients receive personalized, high-quality care from clinicians who are passionate about their areas of expertise.

Together, Gemma and Lora have worked across the full continuum of care—including hospitals, outpatient clinics, nursing homes, schools, home health, and early intervention—and with clients across the lifespan. This broad experience gives us a unique perspective on how communication needs evolve and how services connect from one stage of life to the next. Whether transitioning from First Steps to preschool services, navigating school-based supports, or planning for life after high school services, we understand the bigger picture and help families move forward with confidence.
